Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ozil Goal AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Ozil Goal AI provides tools to create short vertical goal celebration videos from one portrait upload, using a fixed Ludogorets goal reference on the homepage (approximately 15 seconds, 9:16, preview resolution as shown in the product). The Service may also offer credit packs, subscriptions, generation history, and related account features. Features, models, pricing, credit costs, and availability may change over time.

Independence and third-party rights

Ozil Goal AI is an independent tool inspired by Mesut Özil’s Ludogorets wonder-goal trend. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mesut Özil, any club, broadcast rights holder, or any other rights holder. Generated clips may include stadium audio timing from our built-in reference pipeline. You are responsible for how you publish outputs, including likeness rights, platform rules, and labeling content as AI-generated where required.

User Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for protecting your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• infringe the rights of others (including privacy, publicity, copyright, or trademark);
• upload photos or generate content depicting people without their consent;
• upload or submit harmful, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent AI outputs as fully authentic footage of real events;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• misuse the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, or malicious activity.

Submitted Content

You are responsible for the photos and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed to use that content with the Service, including permission from anyone identifiable in your uploads.

Billing and Credits

Paid features may require subscription payments or credit purchases. Credits, prices, billing intervals, generation costs, and payment methods may vary by plan. The credit cost for a run is shown before you generate when the product displays it. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, excluding user-submitted content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in your lawful uploads; you grant us a limited license to process uploads and outputs solely to operate the Service for you.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. AI outputs vary in quality and may contain artifacts; review every video before sharing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
